Vintage Guan Yin Kwan Yin Bronze Brass Statue Figurine (see Description)

The mansion was built in 1904 and the owners were avid collectors and had many oriental pieces that were very old. I was told it was bronze but it looks brass to me. It weighs 3 lbs 3 oz if that helps. Please examine the photos and decide for yourself.

I know for certain it is very old and from research I learned it is the goddess of mercy guan yin in Chinese, kwan yin in English, and kwannon in Japanese.
