Beau Temps BRONZE metal 18 SCULPTURE STATUE Auguste Moreau c. 1880 vintage

This is a well done sculpture statue, very heavy and well made. This one is not signed but does have some age to it. Not sure if its considered an Auguste Moreau or an After piece. The bronze finish is thick over solid brass it appears. Its very solid and sturdy made.

Good attention to detail in the boys face, clothing, and tree. Measures: 18" tall, base is 7" wide. Great mantle, pedestal or table display size.

Condition: This is vintage age and pre-owned but well taken care of. The statue has no damage I can find besides around the base very minor scratching in the finish showing golden under metal.

You can hear a rattle inside probably from the casting process, causes no issues. Looks good for its age, vintage unknown.

Therefore it will be treated as such. I pack to survive, but if they break it I will need pictures to file the claim online. However, shippers do not just honor claims online anymore with the photo's only- now they tend to ask for an inspection of the item.
